Day 4

Well, I pretty much did nothing yesterday. I had an amazing day though. It was just amazing for no particular reason. I worked. I limped around the gym. I watched United States of Tara, which I'm obsessed with. So I followed all the rules. Yay. Go me. But that also was just because I didn't interact with anyone. However, I did have a funny text conversation with a friend. And that's all I have today:

Me: But I need to be a Mormony girl with someone to make up for yesterday haha
Lindsay: Go walk around temple square

I can't even tell you how hard I laughed after that. I'm still laughing 4 hours later.

Day 4: Well, success, I guess.

What's United States of Tara? Walk around Temple Square..., now that is funny. I don't care who you are.

I suggest you just glance at the Ensign. Works for me.

Temple square probably won't do the trick, all the guys there are just picking spots to propose to the girls they already have. The trick is to think of what kind of righteous dude you want and hang out where he'll be. Do you want the one who actually has a diploma from institute? Hang out at the Institute (or do they not have those in Utah because you have to take religion classes? Not sure here). Or you could go to the distribution center for someone who loves clean underwear thats extra pure. Don't wear too short of a skirt, you need to give the impression you've been through the temple, otherwise what are you doing there? You could go to Deseret book if you want the guy who for the rest of your life will make absurd claims in Sunday School based on some obscure church book by an "expert." You could loiter in the field across from the MTC to find someone to write to for the next two years.

Another super great idea to be more LDS would be to attach more LDS crap to your personal belongings. This may be unnecessary in Zion where everyone is Mo, but you could get an RULDS2? license plate protector, some chapstick with the YW values on it and a "Helaman's Warriors got it from their momma's" T-shirt. All wonderful conversation starters that would only work for an LDS guy. I'm so full of great ideas.

Ooh...I've tried the temple square thing before. No success. BUT, I have little boobs.

Oooh, the temple is a great place to get a date. I'd probably just do inside and hang out near the baptismal font all day.

so, the real question is... did you walk around temple square?! lol... if not, you should... when I was at snow college, apparently the baptistry was the place to hang out... lots of 18 year old girls getting dunked by fresh RMs... apparently lots of crazy kids got married from that random early morning encounter! (clearly it did not work for me!)

I've never seen United States of Tara. Now I'm wondering, if I should. ;o)
